Episode 5: Exercise

In this episode, Dr Rocco talks about exercise including the physiological benefits and the Department of Health and Human Services exercise guidelines for adults.

HHS guidelines:

1)      At least 150 minutes/week of moderate intensity aerobic exercise

2)      Moderate muscle strengthening activity at least twice each week
