The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” At NEAC We are dedicated to providing high quality, individualized coaching. This coaching is not mentoring or advising. We are not here to tell you what to do. Our goal is to work closely with you to help you find your best solutions. We believe that action “sticks” best when it grows from within rather than being prescribed by someone else. 

Before the coaching engagement begins, the client is offered a free 30-minute consultation to get acquainted and ask questions about coaching.

Most coaching engagements are 3-6 months long, with sessions every 2-3 weeks. Of course, this is customizable based on client needs and wants. Sessions are held via video, telephone call or in person based on client preference. Prior to the initial session the client will receive forms to complete to help them clarify their goals for the coaching and to help us get to know them.

Coaching sessions will be about 60 minutes long.
